From the investigation that has wiped out the Milanese ultras, "the relationship between Lucia Federico Leonardo (aka Fedez)" emerges, who is not under investigation, "and Lucci Luca", the leader of the Milan ultras and recipient of a prison order, and "with the group of fans headed by him".
From the order of the investigating judge Domenico Santoro, wiretaps emerge on a request from Fedez to Lucci on "his intervention to have the possibility of administering" a drink sponsored by the singer "inside the Meazza stadium". Among the episodes contested to Milan ultras is the well-known "attack on Cristiano Iovino" last April.
"But if you have a consulting firm or a company we can work with, but if I outsource the distribution of (name of the drink, ed.) to you? Inside the stadium... and you take a percentage... you understand?", Fedez said when intercepted, on October 26, 2023, speaking with Lucci. And the head of the south curve: "if you want, I'll also move with Inter, because he also does those of Inter... so... if you want, I'll have them put in both games... fine... for inside the stadium... for inside the stadium, there's no problem!!". Last December, then, Fedez always spoke with Lucci also "of a trusted person" who "could take care of his and his family's safety".
There is also talk of meetings between the two to "weave preliminary agreements in order to acquire, in partnership between them, the place called 'Old Fashion'", a well-known nightclub in Milan. In this context, writes investigating judge Santoro, "an incident of undoubted interest for the investigations is inserted, certainly not because of Fedez's presence but rather because the episode proves how a fringe of Milan ultras has transformed into a sort of violent group dedicated to punitive expeditions, even on request". And it is the beating of personal trainer Cristiano Iovino. The attack on Iovino is one of the episodes contested in the accusation of criminal association against eight Milan ultras, including the leader Luca Lucci, but also Christian Rosiello, Fedez's bodyguard.
