In addition, from what emerges, the investigations of the prosecutors Paolo Storari and Sara Ombra also revealed extortion and requests for "pizzo" against street vendors selling sandwiches and food outside the Meazza, in addition to a series of beatings and so-called "stadium crimes".

Otherwise, before the Prevention Measures Section of the Court, a judicial administration order could be issued.
The San Siro stadium, it is stated in the documents, "and the related economic activities are outside of any legal control". This happened, "at least in part, also due to some organizational shortcomings of FC Internazionale in managing relations with the fans: absolutely lacking controls for entrances to the stadium; supply of tickets to individuals belonging to criminal groups who then make huge markups when reselling them; participation in the profits by individuals under investigation or already convicted of mafia-type association, who then transfer the money to the mafia family to which they belong".
The order speaks of "facilitating contacts" and various episodes such as "the payment of 1500 tickets to the north curve, after heavy pressure, on the occasion of the Champions League final", the "payment of additional season tickets to the north curve on the occasion of the ousting of the Irriducibili", an ultras group. And again of the "continuous relationships with We Are Milano behind which Andrea Beretta's (hidden) management is hidden; the constant entry into the stadium of individuals without tickets, facilitated by heavy intimidation of stewards, a situation that has been going on for years and which no one seems to be able to remedy". A chapter of the ordinance concerns, for example, "the meeting" of some ultra leaders, such as Marco Ferdico, who ended up in prison today, "with the footballer Skriniar" and "the first contacts with the coach" Simone Inzaghi.
