Barack Obama "Earlier this week, Michelle and I called our friend  KamalaHarris We told her we think she’ll make a fantastic President of the United States, and that she has our full support. At this critical moment for our country, we’re going to do everything we can to make sure she wins in November. We hope you’ll join us."

On Friday, former US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle gave their endorsement, that is, their public support, to Kamala Harris as the Democratic Party's candidate for the US presidential election. They did so via a phone call that was recorded and made public on social media, in which the Obamas speak on the phone with Harris: "We called to tell you that Michelle and I couldn't be more proud to support you and to do everything we can to help you win this election and see you in the Oval Office," says Barack Obama.
